Payment methods
The following payment methods are accepted:
- By credit card (via the PayPal interface, no need to have or create a PayPal account)
- By PayPal account
- By cheque
PayPal payments are guaranteed: they are automatically refunded in the event of non-delivery (the Colissimo site provides proof of delivery).
Payments by cheque considerably increase delivery times.
Shipping your parcel
Packages are generally dispatched within a few days of receipt of your order. We are a small team and it is sometimes difficult to send them as fast as we would like. You can contact us after you have placed your order for information on the progress of your order.
Delivery method
Parcels are shipped by Colissimo, with or without signature as you choose, with the option of collection from a pickup point.
Shipping costs
For orders up to €35, we must apply the French Darcos law, which requires a minimum shipping charge of €3.
